About Project

Chuncheon Bridge

Chuncheon Bridge is a four-lane structure with a total length of 1,058 meters and a width of 25 meters. It was constructed to serve as an access point to the Hajungdo Legoland theme park, a significant landmark in the region. The bridge features a central circular pylon with a diameter of 45 meters and a height of 55 meters, supported by suspension cables. For lighting, the Archion solution was implemented, which includes a thin, oval-shaped linear lighting solution (P1) installed along the sides of the bridge, as well as a flood lighting solution (P2) mounted on the circular pylon. P1 is designed to illuminate only the girder side and is highly cost-effective, with an IP67 rating for water and dust resistance. On the circular pylon, P2/EX provides a variety of light colors with an abundant output. This lighting solution allows for precise aiming, minimizes glare, and maintains a compact appearance thanks to its internal louver. It also features IP67 performance, offering 65,536 levels of smooth visual linear dimming and a completely dustproof and waterproof construction. Overall, these lighting solutions create an ideal illumination for the main tower of Chuncheon Bridge.
