Daegu Bank Innovation Center

Daegu Bank's DGB Innovation Center spans one basement level and nine floors above ground, housing the bank's IT-related departments. A notable feature of this building is the back LED lighting integrated into the perforated exterior structure at the front. This lighting harmonizes with the surroundings and creates a starlight silhouette that radiates from the interior to the exterior by dimming light controls. The design reflects Daegu Bank's corporate identity and symbolically represents the Daegu Bank’s themes of development, change, and innovation, inspired by the image of dandelion seeds dispersing in the wind. The intention behind this design is to use the building as a medium to visually communicate Daegu Bank's identity and vision, transcending its role as merely a functional workspace.
