NEW Nonhyeon Building

The design of the NEW building has been executed with an innovative approach. It features two basement levels and seven floors above ground. The ground level includes six workspaces, characterized by a column-free design. This layout significantly enhances the flexibility of the space and fosters an open atmosphere. Aligning with this architectural concept, the structural beams and linear up-down lights have been integrated, allowing the structure itself to serve as a key design element of the interior. This approach harmonizes functionality with aesthetics, transforming structural components into visual features rather than merely support elements. This design method promotes a dynamic atmosphere through the interplay of light and space, while also contributing to a modern and minimalist aesthetic. In the workplace, the emphasis on openness, flexibility, and contemporary design are essential for cultivating a creative work environment. This approach aims to transform buildings into spaces that enhance creativity and work efficiency, going beyond merely facilitating tasks.
