About Project

New Haengju Bridge

The New Haengju Bridge, also known as ¡®Shin Haengju¡¯ Bridge in Korean, is one of the top three cable-stayed bridges in Seoul. It showcases the city's charm through a lighting design that features ten colors, each symbolizing different aspects of Seoul. This project presented a significant challenge, as it involved designing and installing lights on an existing structure. To address spatial constraints, Archion P2 lighting was installed using custom-made brackets. Additionally, we took into account the driver's perspective to minimize glare from the lights by incorporating specially designed hood-shaped louvers. As a result, the lights not only enhance safety but also contribute to the bridge's aesthetics. The lighting system is easily operable through remote management, ensuring that Seoul's landmarks continue to shine beautifully.
